Haven Riviera Cancun
A boutique adults-only all-inclusive between Cancún and Riviera Maya, with swim-out suites, 24-hour pool access, and butler service — just 10 miles from Cancún airport.
Haven Riviera Cancun sits on a secluded stretch of Caribbean coastline about 10 miles south of Cancún airport — one of the shortest transfers you’ll find for an adults-only all-inclusive in this corridor. The property feels intentionally intimate at 435 suites, with none of the sprawling mega-resort energy that can make a week feel exhausting.
The swim-out suites are the draw. Direct terrace access to a heated pool, 24-hour swimming in the main pool, and butler service that goes as far as you want it to — including lobster delivered to your swim-up (for a cost). That’s the kind of detail that makes the room category feel like a genuine upgrade rather than a marketing label.
The beach is private with table service and a lifeguard, though seaweed is a recurring factor here as it is across much of the Riviera Maya coast. The pool is where most guests spend their time — and with 24-hour access and two swim-up bars, that’s not a hardship. It’s livelier than the boutique size suggests — the main pool runs foam parties and DJ sets, so if you’re after a quiet, hushed property this isn’t it.
On food: the buffet is a weak point. Surprisingly small with limited options compared to what you’d expect at this price point — it’s a genuine gap relative to other all-inclusives in the region. The a la carte restaurants in the evening are a different story — food quality improves considerably, and the cocktails at the Mexican restaurant are worth making a reservation for specifically. Other reviewers rate the food more generously, so your mileage may vary — but if the buffet matters to you, know that going in.
The MySenses Spa is one of the better spa offerings in the area — 15,700 square feet with a hydrotherapy circuit, Roman thermae, and temazcal.
