This is the same structural model as Barceló Maya Riviera within the broader Barceló Maya Grand Resort — a dedicated adults-only wing with its own beach, pools, and atmosphere, set within a larger resort infrastructure that expands your dining and activity options rather than diluting the experience.
The property sits minutes from Quinta Avenida and Playa del Carmen’s walkable center — one of the few all-inclusive resorts in this region where leaving the property for a meal or an evening out is genuinely easy and worth doing. 393 rooms with furnished balconies and premium bedding, four pools including a swim-up bar, and YHI Spa, which consistently turns up as a highlight in reviews. Yoga and Pilates programming is included.
The dining footprint is substantial — 14 restaurants across the full Paradisus complex — with access for La Perla guests to the shared culinary program. Teppanyaki, beachfront seafood, and a full buffet are among the options. The food quality reviews are solidly positive without being exceptional.
