Worth saying plainly up front: this page is written from announced features, not a stay. The resort doesn’t open until October 1, 2026, has no guest reviews yet, and no license-clear photos exist to show you. We’re publishing it early because the room mix and the diving are a strong enough case on their own, and because a brand-new build is worth flagging before the booking window opens around September 1.

Worth noting: this is not adults-only — it’s family-friendly, and that’s its sharpest point of difference on Curaçao. Both of our other picks here are adults-only, so if you’re bringing kids to the ABC islands and still want swim-up rooms and a real dive operation, this is the one built for you.

The water program is the reason to look. The entry-level swim-up categories are the Partial Ocean View Swim-Up Room and the Ocean View Swim-Up Room, both opening onto pool access from the terrace; above them sits the Oceanfront Swim-Up Junior Suite, which adds a private terrace and a soaking tub. For a pool that’s yours alone, the Senior Suite with Private Pool and the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Pool are the private-plunge tier — the two-bedroom being the natural family pick. One honest flag: until real photos exist, we can’t confirm whether the swim-up rooms open onto a shared channel pool or a truly private plunge, so treat “swim-up” as pool-access-from-your-terrace and verify the configuration at booking. In all there are 297 rooms across six low-rise buildings of up to five floors, plus non-pool categories — Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, Oceanfront, Family, Accessible Ocean View, and standard Senior and Two-Bedroom Suites. Three pools round it out: an infinity main pool, a kids’ splash pool, and an adults-preferred sunset pool. On a resort built for families, how much of a grown-up retreat that sunset pool actually delivers — whether it’s a true adults-only section or just a quieter corner in practice — is something we’ll only know once the resort is open and running.

The setting is the quieter west coast, on Santa Martha Bay in the Soto district, built on the former Coral Cliff Hotel site for a reported $80 million. It’s about 24 km and 27 minutes from Curaçao International Airport, south of the hurricane belt like the rest of the island. The white-sand beach gives direct Caribbean Sea access, and the standout is the diving: unlimited house-reef shore diving, an on-site dive operation run by Ocean Encounters, boat access to Mushroom Forest, The Blue Room, and Watamula, a coral-restoration partnership with Reef Renewal Curaçao, and dedicated “sleep and dive” packages. That’s a serious dive offer wrapped inside an AI — unusual, and the clearest reason a diver would choose this over the competition.

Dining runs to six restaurants: The Restaurant (buffet with live cooking stations), IVO Beach (grill), Mesa Caribe, the à la carte Culinarium, Thea’s Coffee & Juices, and a Snack Court and Grab & Go, backed by several bars. Wellness is handled by BLUE Spa and the BLUEF!T program, with the TUI BLUE “Blue Guide” concierge as the brand’s signature planning touch.

Two more honest notes. It’s a brand-new resort, so expect the usual opening-season shakeout — service rhythm and finishing touches take a season to settle, and there’s no track record to lean on yet. And the west-coast location is a resort-cove stay, not a walkable-town one: Willemstad is 40 to 45 minutes away, so factor a taxi or a rental if the UNESCO old town is on your list.
