What to expect

They monitor flight delays — if your flight is late, the driver knows. We’ve never had to call to reschedule. Drivers speak English; booking and communication are in English. Most of the time we’re in the vehicle within 15 minutes of clearing customs. Payment is made in advance when you book, not at pickup in Mexico.
